My passion for food and curiosity about how the human body works have shaped my journey into the world of nutrition. In 2009, I began my academic path with a BSc in Biomedical Science at the University of Leeds, where I developed a deep understanding of how the body functions in both health and disease. It was during this time that I became fascinated by the powerful role that food plays in our overall wellbeing.

Driven by this interest, I went on to complete a Master’s in Nutrition at the University of Leeds in 2014, deepening my scientific knowledge in the field. However, I felt a strong pull to go beyond the science—to work more closely with individuals and make a tangible impact on their health. This led me to pursue further training in Nutrition Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine—an in-depth three-year course that included 200 hours of clinical training, where I gained valuable hands-on experience working with clients. During this time, I learned how to create personalised, holistic nutrition plans based on each person’s unique needs.

My approach is also shaped by personal experience. I’ve faced my own health challenges, including thyroid and hormonal imbalances, which I was able to overcome through targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes. This journey has deepened my empathy and strengthened my belief in the body’s ability to heal when given the right support.

I believe that health is deeply personal. We are all shaped by our own genetics, lifestyle, and environment, which is why a one-size-fits-all approach rarely works. My focus is on uncovering the root causes of health challenges and supporting clients with tailored nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

If you're looking for a personalised approach to nutrition and health, I’m here to help you feel your best.
