This space was created with one goal in mind: to help you feel more in control of your health, energy, and overall well-being, without fads, guilt, or overwhelm. I offer one-on-one, personalised nutrition therapy that’s grounded in science but guided by compassion.

All consultations are one-on-one and completely personalised. We’ll take the time to explore your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. From there, I’ll design a tailored nutrition and lifestyle plan to help support your well-being in a way that’s realistic and manageable.

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. You’ll receive ongoing support, encouragement, and adjustments as we move forward together, at your pace.
